Free Income Tax Assistance at Downtown Mishawaka Library

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteers will be available at the downtown Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library, 209 Lincolnway East, on Tuesdays from February 3 to April 14 for eligible households – individuals and families with an annual household income of $64,000 or less.

Families and individuals who want to visit a local attraction can do so for free by reserving a Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library Discovery Pass. Current MPHPL pass options can be checked out up to two weeks in advance.

MPHPL to Host Groundbreaking Black Hoosiers Traveling Exhibit

In celebration of Juneteenth, MPHPL will honor the resilience and achievements of African Americans by hosting the Groundbreaking Black Hoosiers traveling exhibit. The exhibit will be on display from June 16 to June 21 in the Heritage Room of the downtown Mishawaka Library.
