Card holders from these libraries may check out materials (some restrictions apply) from any branch of the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library. MPHPL library card holders may check out materials (some restrictions apply) from the above library systems.
Please note that some of the above libraries (including MPHPL) may require patrons using the reciprocal borrowing system to apply for a library card. The reciprocal library cards are free of charge.
Patrons from St. Joseph County Public Library must apply for a MPHPL library card to check out materials. MPHPL patrons will need to apply for a St. Joseph County Public Library card to check out materials in the SJCPL system. These library cards are free of charge, but some borrowing restrictions may apply.
Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library also has reciprocal arrangements with many other public libraries throughout the State of Indiana through the Statewide Reciprocal Borrowing Covenant.
