Children's Services provides
specialized library facilities for all young patrons through sixth grade
and for those adults interested in working with children. Throughout the
year the staff provides scheduled tours, class visits, unique displays,
family and special programs, and school visits. Programs for younger children
include registered toddler and preschool storytime sessions. Assistance
with research and reading guidance is provided by staff.

Who's Hiding This Month in the Library? - Each month the Bittersweet Branch hosts "Who's Hiding in the Library?" A drawing is held at the end of the month for two lucky children.
Computer Services - Each location has computers
for use by children 6th grade and under. Most stations have word processing,
Internet access, and games which are educational and fun.
School Visits- The staff of the three locations
are more than happy to visit classrooms, or to have children come in for
a tour of what the Library has to offer.
