Ask Rose - Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology's Homework Hotline provides FREE math and science homework help to Indiana students in grades 6-12 from 7-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, September-May.

Khan Academy - Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom.

Absolute Shakespeare - Are all of the library's copies of Romeo & Juliet checked out? Don't sweat it!  Check out Absolute Shakespeare for digitized versions of Shakespeare's famous works.

Accelerated Reader:  Click on the link to view the books available via the AR website and their corresponding point values.

Lexile Scores: The link will take you to the official lexile site, but other helpful lexile sites include Scholastic Book Wizard and Lexile titles for High Lexile Readers.

Purdue OWL:  The Purdue Online Writing Lab provides writing tips for students in grades 7-12 as well as full guides on how to properly cite using APA or MLA style.

Sparknotes.com: No Fear Shakespeare - Read through the works of Shakespeare with ease with this site that puts the traditional Shakespearean text side-by-side with the modern English translation.

Math & Science

Cool Math - Cool Math makes learning fun with games to help decipher the mystery of pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and more.

Science Fair Projects for Teens - Science fair projects geared towards teens in grades 6-8 with a focus on agriculture and environmental health experiments.

WebElements Periodic Table of Elements - Find a complete, interactive table of elements containing an information page about each element, including photographs.

The British Library - For research across the pond, The British Library provides many digitalized collections including British newspapers, festival books, manuscripts, and more that are searchable by subject, time period, region, language, and resource type.

Library of Congress - The Library of Congress offers primary sources including photographs, maps, newspapers, sound recordings, and more.

National Archives -  The National Archives is another fantastic site for primary sources including documents, photos, and records.
